Common topics
- Photo access — The app needs permission to read the video you choose and to save the new Live Photo. It only uses the items you select.
- Live Photo not playing — Open the item in the Apple Photos app and long-press. Some third-party apps may show only a still image.
- Clip length — Use the in-app controls to match the segment you want; very long clips may be limited by system Live Photo behaviour.
